The Semi Automatic Single Head cap Sealing Machine is suitable for sealing cap on various types of bottles & on various shapes of bottles. Machines is suitable to seal cap of various type namely ROPP, PP Aluminum or Screw Cap. It seals various type of cap on various type of bottle like pet bottle, HDPE, Glass, etc. Inbuilt table/stands for trouble free or comfortable working.

Automatic Single Head Capping Machine is fully automatic and is robust in construction, complete with Filltech Packging Machines makes vibrator for cap feeding and slat conveyor. A Star Plate of suitable size transfers the incoming bottle with cap and feed it under the Sealing Head. The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism provides perfect sealing. The SS Slat conveyor shall be provided with guide rail, which can be adjusted for different size of bottles. A Star wheel with bottle guide is needed for different diameter bottles.

Plug Pressing unit consist of continuous rotating endless belt, which is synchronize with conveyor belt speed in order to perform pressing action of plug on the bottle without spillage of liquid. Manual placing of cap/plug is required. Mounted in Automatic Filling Line on the extra length of conveyor. The machine is driven by suitable motor and reduction gear box of reputed make and provided with AC Drive.

Induction Sealing Machine consist of SS or MS powder coated fabricated Body and Sealing Head part. Provision are provided for lower & raising the height of the upper sealing head, which unable us to adjust the sealing head nearer to bottle cap for proper sealing of the aluminum foil on the neck of the bottle. The machine is mounted on wheel based unit, which provides added mobility. To radiate out the excess heat from the machine, water cooling system is used.
