The unit consists of a strong stainless steel tank with top cover, SS handle, pressure gauge and tightening bolt. The set of SS filter plates with perforated screen, filter pads & interlocking cups are fitted in the center of the tank. It is fitted with either SS gear pump or centrifugal pump. The complete unit is mounted on SS trolley with castor wheels. The unit is provided with bypass system, safety valve and an arrangement to use the pump as transfer pump depending upon model.

The homogenizing head consists of SS Rotor & SS Stator. The stator is supported on the motor by the means of SS supporting rods called as tie rods and the rotator is driven directly by the motor. The above total unit is supported on telescopic channel stand with a rope arrangement for raising & lowering the unit.

The unit consists of a shaft & propeller which are made out of stainless steel. The shaft is directly coupled to motor. The unit is supplied with M.S. / S.S. stand, height of which is adjustable and also provided with angular tilting arrangement for motor mounting bracket.

The tank is made out of 16 to 10 swg as per requirement. it is provided with lid, a drain cock at the bottom and is mounted on castor wheels (optional). The tank is argon arc welded and mirror/matt finish from inside and outside.
